I feel that Michael Wemmer did an acceptable and understandable job explaining the process of repairing my Ford. The support staff that he had at the time I was there not so much. I was told the part I ordered and paid for would be in the dealership in a couple of days. I am reluctant to check status on things involving the service industry (maybe too much so) and I waited 2 weeks to call and check on the status of my part. I was told that it was in the shop for a week and someone tried to leave me a message. Not on my phone. Now I have an appointment 8 days from today to have the repair work done. More
