Talked me into home service. Improperly installed the part and didn't test before they left. Fine coming in for recall work, but they didn't note (somehow) that I was waiting at the dealership while work was done. So waited extra time until my sales guy (Zach) said hi and said he would go check (somehow) that I was waiting at the dealership while work was done.
