Got the update and authorized work. But an entire day was lost. This pushed it into the weekend. I was without my truck for three or four days for repairs of a part you stock. Could have been done in one day. In fact, that was the plan. More
I was pretty bummed to be charged $200 for them to run a diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. When I asked about it, they quickly cut the charge in half… so had I not said diagnostic, when I already knew what was wrong. I just needed a quote. They also cut the quote quickly when I mentioned another competing quote. I just want an honest shop I can take my car to that I trust to give me the best price and take care of my car. I’ll never take it back there if I can avoid it. More

My vehicle was at the dealership over a month. I got decent communication and customer service while my car was being fixed. Tony and Derek were very thoughtful through this process. My car can’t be serviced right away and I no loaner is available and the service mgr won’t authorize a rental. 😡 my engine was only replaced a month ago. Feeling disappointed More
