Communication? I experienced some communication miscues: Showed up at 8 am, was told my appointment was for 9 am. Presented a coupon for $49.95 oil change, which s I experienced some communication miscues: Showed up at 8 am, was told my appointment was for 9 am. Presented a coupon for $49.95 oil change, which stated it included synthetic oil, then was told the final amount charged was higher because my car required synthetic oil. (I see nothing on the final invoice to indicate the coupon was applied.) I never have had either problem at other dealers in the past. Waiting area was pleasant and quiet, personnel were polite and helpful. Service adviser said he would try to work my car in sooner, due to the appointment mix-up, but it appeared he was not able to do so. I had a question about Sync I wanted to ask, but adviser was gone before I remembered it; I had been there long enough and didn't want to wait for him to be located. Young lady called to follow up on service but spoke too quickly on my voicemail for me to get her name. Had I been able to, I would have called her back to advise her about these problems. My husband was wowed the first time he brought my car here for service. I was not but am keeping an open mind for future visits. More

Great Place to Have Your Car Serviced I've been having Heiser servicing my Subarus for 5 years or more. The service rep gave me his card & said to call him when making appointments so the I've been having Heiser servicing my Subarus for 5 years or more. Took 2 days for my car to even get looked at Appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 10am. I dropped it off and spoke to Matt who indicated the car would be done at 1pm. I stated I needed the right bearing replaced and he said they will look at it and charge me 64 bucks just to look at it even though I knew what was wrong. I called at 1pm and asked for Matt, which the receptionist mentioned he was on another call and can he call me back in 15 mins. He never called back. I called every hour until 8pm that Tuesday without any call back. I then let the receptionist know to have a manager call me. Someone called me at 730am on Weds and stated Matt gets in at 11 and will call me ASAP. Apparently noone looked at my car at all. He never called me back. I called at 3pm on Thursday stating I just want my car back and he then said, well we have your car being looked at now and it's getting fixed. He said the hub bearing was the problem, which I already knew. He said it would be ready at 5pm that day and he would call me back when it was ready. He never called back and I showed up the next day to pick up my car and paid almost 500 bucks for one right hub bearing. My wife purchased her car here and we've patronized this place for 5 years but the last few times have been brutal. today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Never going back again. More

Great Service Department Heiser has always given me great service all the years (15 or so) that I have been going there. I don't really trust Heiser Just had an oil change and tire rotation. They left a valve cover off one of my tires, a little thing, I know, but it's the little things that make t Just had an oil change and tire rotation. They left a valve cover off one of my tires, a little thing, I know, but it's the little things that make the difference, there was also a small grease stain on my seat. I can find another valve cover and clean the seat easily enough, by WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO? They are always trying to sell me new tires. The last two times I was in, they told me I need new tires, even though my tires are less than a year old, less than 20,000 miles (45,000 tread wear warranty), and are perfectly fine?! More
