Regular Service Maintenance The Service is good, I only have problems with the desk workers. Have to ask for a car wash every time instead of them just doing it. Disapointed I had my car in for the "The Works" special, which included tire rotation. The service person came in and said they couldn't do the tires because the I had my car in for the "The Works" special, which included tire rotation. The service person came in and said they couldn't do the tires because the lug nuts had corroded from road salt and they couldn't remove them without breaking them. I was told it would be over $100 to replace the nuts. I declined. I couldn't believe that all 16 nuts would of been corroded. So because they couldn't rotate the tires they also couldn't check the brake pads either. I did get a discounted price. Anyway when I got home my husband said all they needed was some penetrating oil on and then they would come off. Well, that is exactly what happened. I took my car somewhere else and the lug nuts came off with no problem and the tires got rotated. So I was disappointed that your service people wouldn't of thought of that. Also, I'm wondering if you stopped giving the complimentary car wash, because my car didn't have any water on it and I figured you didn't do that anymore. More
First time....but Extremely Disappointed! My truck was picked up to be serviced for an oil change, both mirrors stick, clicking in an attempt to open and a slow leak in my rear drivers side ti My truck was picked up to be serviced for an oil change, both mirrors stick, clicking in an attempt to open and a slow leak in my rear drivers side tire. Once they began work they notified me the front light on the grill was malfunctioning and they would take care of that as well. The service person also let me know they would keep the truck longer than originally expected. He also said they didn't notice a leak in their assessment and I told him there's definitely a leak in the tire because I've put air in it at least 3 times. The service person assured me they would take it apart and reseal it to make sure. At this point I'm as satisfied as I've always been because Chris M., Dick W. & Don M. have consistently made me feel like a valued customer. I was very happy when I received the call that service was completed on my truck it was being washed and returned. Let me just add, I still love my vehicle and the deal we made. I met with Dick (the best in the business) and we exchanged keys and pleasantries. Later when leaving I got to my truck and noticed the following; **While it was clean, the running boards were filthy, even dirtier than when it was picked up. There was a brown colored mud, oil or dirt all over both running boards, how it's returned dirtier is beyond me. Not the first time. **The mirror on the right still stuck and clicking as I enter the truck **I get a notification the front right tire is low on pressure now (been rotated) **The "next oil change" sticker hasn't been changed, the old one from April is still up **There are oily finger prints all over my console, also where the compartment opens. When I open the console I noticed someone clearly had rifled through it looking for something and few of my personal items were kind of all over the place. I'm not sure if the repair person needed to access my console to repair any of my issues. However, on the surface it appeared none of the single bills or the bag of change had anything missing. One of the reason's I left Cadillac was because they couldn't be trusted. So as you address the other issues please let me know if I need to be clearing every single thing out of the truck when you guys pick it up for service and if theft is a problem at Heiser as well. Lost customer I have decided that I will no longer be getting my car serviced at your location. I am usually pretty easy going and understandable but very frustrat I have decided that I will no longer be getting my car serviced at your location. I am usually pretty easy going and understandable but very frustrated that last year when I got an oil change I had a free one and was told "Oh sorry, I forgot to ring it up that way. Is next time okay?" Which I said sure that's fine only to find out the rewards system has changed and that my free oil change expired. On top of that I had my passenger airbag replaced, after 5 years of waiting, only for the dash to be left with a few scratches and grease all over it. Not that upset about the little scratch or two but I would expect it to be as clean as it was before I had brought it in. The dash plate is more loose than it was before and I was told it was fine and the airbag will go off easier that way. It seems the work on my car was rushed, no one went over my vehicle's condition after the oil change or even mentioned a survey that has always been done in the past. I have always been impressed with the service and drive an extra 10 miles than if I were to take it to a different Ford dealership. I sent an email to Heiser over a week ago and have been ignored which only gives me more reason to never go back. More
