After spending $1400, it was deemed the vehicle would need a “phase 2” repair for an additional $1600....without guaranteed success. In the mean time, our bike rack (and my husband’s bike) we subsequently broken by your employees and we were never reimbursed as promised. I was sent on my way with my broken vehicle, damaged personal property, and a $1400 repair bill with nothing to show. This was the worst customer service experience my husband and I have ever experienced and we’re both faithful Ford owners perhaps until now. More

Slow The process is long. Particularly when you've mad an appointment. You are told a half hour, but rarely get out under an hour and a half. Been through The process is long. Very pleasant staff, but no sense of others (customers?) time. More
