Slow The process is long. Particularly when you've mad an appointment. You are told a half hour, but rarely get out under an hour and a half. Been through The process is long. Been through this 3 times now (lease vehicle standard check-up part of the agreement) with a lease vehicle. Bring something to read or work on. Very pleasant staff, but no sense of others (customers?) time. More
