My service experience was very poor. Twice Heiser ordered the wrong part. One of the associates hung up on my wife when she called. Took two weeks to do a repair that should have only taken 1 or 2 days. Very little communication during the process. Because of this we decided to buy my son's car from Boucher Lincoln instead of at Heiser. More
Regarding transmission inspection. The inspection/invoice literally listed exactly what I told service, nearly verbatim. “Verified customers concern”. So to regurgitate what I told service without any diagnostics at all cost of $178.00 made this customer very unsatisfied. Apparently no OBD diagnostics, tranny fluid inspection for metal/color/smell, no suggestion of adaptive learning resets, not even a mention of a test drive. Because of this encounter, I am seriously rethinking the F150, and likewise my wife Barbara Markoff has questions as well. Jerry Kaster More
