There is no follow up with questions, warranties, or orders. In 1/7/25 I had an oil change at that time Heiser (Ellie) called me to say I had a possible oil leak and the hose to my reservoir for th orders. In 1/7/25 I had an oil change at that time Heiser (Ellie) called me to say I had a possible oil leak and the hose to my reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid was clod (which is something I requested they check for me) and it cost me $160+ to diagnose. I asked to check my extended warranty for coverage and to this day 3/13/25 I have not heard back. I have called several times and when I began to indicate how the service was not satisfactory she would make excuses and when I asked for Dave Lopez, the manager she would put me on hold and return telling her is not available. I’ve requested a return call and have not received one to date. I failed to mentioned that while doing my oil change she indicated that the techs told her they could not do a tire rotation because my lug nuts were old so agreed to have them changed. Later to find out there was probably nothing wrong with them. Please note I still have not paid for them because no one has bothered to request payment from me. I have been a customer of Heiser since 1998 and have purchased my children’s first cars from Heiser and to date they are still customers. Heiser used to be 10 out of 10 with providing good customer service. Today I will give them a 2. I know I have to follow up again to gave my SUV serviced but I dreading the next experience. More
