I have already submitted this about the terrible service I had. Not sure who Megan even is. My experience was horrible. I made an appointment you canceled it. I rescheduled it sat there for 45 minutes to find out that you needed to get the parts which I totally understand. But it took 6 weeks to find out that the part was actually in nobody called me I had to call and check myself. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that for now. More
I made an appointment a few days earlier, once I arrived I was told you couldn't keep that appointment time. Had a no start on a Chev equinox. Was informed by the service advisor that the minimum charge was $299 regardless of what was found. Brought vehicle in on Friday for starter problems, when I got it back on Tuesday it wouldn't start. Salesman helped me jump start it. The next morning it wouldn't start, called dealer.
