Brought in our work van for 3rd attempt at fixing a sensor. Appointment was on Monday. By Wednesday I had not heard anything and called the service department. On Wednesday it took for me calling from sensor. Appointment was on Monday. By Wednesday I had not heard anything and called the service department. On Wednesday it took for me calling from 8am until 3pm to get told the van hadn’t even been looked at until Wednesday afternoon. My appointment was for Monday. When asked why it hadn’t been looked at “we’re busy” was the generic response. I left voicemails on the service managers voicemail, the dealership general manager, as well as several verbal messages with people who answered the phone in the service department but couldn’t provide an answer. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and safety check. Oil change and tire rotation went fine, However, they did not give me the maintenance/safety report (second time in a row) and they did not ad check. Especially, when they are rotating the tires! Within two weeks of being there i was taking my vehicle in (elsewhere) because I heard a chirping.
