The service staff was unprofessional he did not call me back or answer any of my calls for almost a week in regards to my vehicle. I have bought 2 cars from Heiser, recommended my sister and nephew, who both have bought cars. I will never buy a car from here again. This last visit just left a sour taste in me mouth. I took my car in because when accelerating it seems like it doesn't go right away and my car was making a noise. I paid over $200 to be told that my car didn't hesitate when they test drove it. But ironically when I left the dealership it hesitated in the parking lot. They also told me that the noise I was hearing were my front brakes and rotors. I opted to get them done elsewhere. And guess what, my car is still making the same noise. I called to speak with Luke, who was very rude, short, disrespectful, and hung up on me. He avoided answering my questions about my concerns. I called back about 6 times, Luke had stopped answering the phone. I called a couple more times getting different people who stated everyone was busy. I asked for a supervisor who was also "busy". They took my name and number stating a supervisor would call me back. Today makes day 15 and I still haven't heard from anyone. More
