Repeat customer I had purchased a used vehicle from Greg Koss approximately four and a half years ago for my daughter of which the sales experience was ok but th I had purchased a used vehicle from Greg Koss approximately four and a half years ago for my daughter of which the sales experience was ok but the aftermath of dealing with continual issues of the used car itself left a bad taste in my mouth. They offered to help me clean out the car, bring me a bottle of water etc. and they worked extra hard so I could take my shift knob with me as a keepsake. They made a very difficult experience tolerable and were reassuring that everything will work out for the best (which it has!). More
