Service with a smile I took my car in for service because my battery was not holding a charge. Mike was able to get me in and asses the issue. He came back to me with the evaluation of the battery and a full inspection of the vehicle. They replaced the battery, which was under warranty and made me aware of all the wear and tear of the vehicle. When you drive your car daily, you become accustomed to the changes and often don’t see the missing lights and turn signals. Mike made me aware of the light bulbs, wiper planes and ball joint that needed to be replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was washed and ready to go. Now I feel like I am driving a new car. More

Simple and Painless Buying or leasing cars can be a really painful process, largely because of the massive amounts of BS you have to wade through before finalizing a deal Buying or leasing cars can be a really painful process, largely because of the massive amounts of BS you have to wade through before finalizing a deal. At least this has been my experience in the past. Buying from Greg Koss at Heiser has been different! The process works something like this. I email Greg tell him what I need. He finds me the car and then he finds all the available rebates. He quotes me a final price with everything included. I then go into the dealership sign some papers and leave in about an hour. The call to onstar is the longest part of the process. What I like about this place is that that buying a car is painless. There is no need for haggling. The price is always good, so says TrueCar. And importantly, the price does not go up once you get to the dealership. Also since my paperwork has already been processed before I get there, I don't have to sit around all day. I should add that my review of Heiser and Greg is not based on a one-off experience. It is my third car from them in the last 18 months and each time the process has been simple and painless. More
