I’ve been happy with Hebert’s service department. For my convenience, they took care of a recall issue at the same time as regular maintenance. The shuttle service is also phenomenal! However, I left feeling disappointed by the extended repair time of five weeks (partly due to insurance delays). As a family of six with only one vehicle, we incurred rental costs that surpassed the actual repair expenses, and we were never offered a replacement vehicle by the dealership. I understand that the service department is busy, but clearer communication and a bit more consideration for customers’ circumstances would have gone a long way toward improving the overall experience. I'd still recommend them to others. More
