I purchased a 2011 Ram 1500 Longhorn from Heberts Town and Country back in October. Trent Belgard was my saleman and he was great to work with. I am only rating Curtis Williams in this review. If I had to rate the person who we spoke with initially, this rating would consist of ALL ZEROS. We came in about to the dearlership about 3 weeks prior to ma to rate the person who we spoke with initially, this rating would consist of ALL ZEROS. We came in about to the dearlership about 3 weeks prior to making our purchase. The salesman was sitting outside in front of the dealership and unlike most places we visited, we had to ask him to come and assist us. He told us there were no discounts or specials running on the Dodge Nitro...and low and behold, Curtis managed to find $4000.00 off of the same vehicle. Amazing! Also, that salesmen told us to come in so he could get our names and phone number...he nerver got it because another man walked into the dealership who wanted to see him so he left us and went to assis the other gentleman. Needless to say I was pissed! We sat at the desk for about 10 minutes and then walked out. So Curtis Williams you tell everyne there, if they don't want to make the sale..U WILL! Also, tell them that ALL customers are important and not to judge a book by it's cover. Thanks again Curtis Williams!!!!!! I wish you many more sales and fat fat pockets! More

I have known Trent for many years. This was the first time I visited him with the idea of buying a new vehicle. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there. He listened to what I had to say and s time I visited him with the idea of buying a new vehicle. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there. We went for a test drive in two different vehicles and I fell in love with the Jeep Liberty and I love it even more in my carport!! My kids think I have finally gotten a good vehicle and they couldn't be more pleased for me. Trent explained everything so well. He is really knowledgeable about all the features. After agreeing on a very fair price, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes to sign the papers. As I have said before, the price on the new car was very fiar, but agreeing to a price on a brand new car was quite lengthy. More
