Definitely the "New" Legacy! We had switched from Dodge to Roundtree Ford about 4 yrs. ago; however, the "New" Legacy won me over! We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in June and We had switched from Dodge to Roundtree Ford about 4 yrs. ago; however, the "New" Legacy won me over! We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in June and just recently a 3500 Ram. We traded in a 2yrs old Ford F250 diesel, and I still can't believe the deal Rocky gave us. I am so happy there is a dealership in Natchitoches that actually wants local business. Billy Galaviz was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of with the extras we wanted on the truck. We met everyone in the service department, and Jeramy and Mark went above and beyond to work with us on our schedule. I'm a firm believer in shopping locally, and Legacy Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram will have my business for years to come! More

Bad Service Department If I could give it less I WOULD. I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 the AC needed work, engine light was on because of exhaust problems and the truck was If I could give it less I WOULD. I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 the AC needed work, engine light was on because of exhaust problems and the truck was dieing on me going down the road. The service advisor told me what the mechanic found and she also said the mechanic heard the timing chain knocking. I told her have him fix it all. I didn't want to be driving down the road and the engine blow up on me. Well 2 weeks later she tells me it's rdy .then come to find out they never touched the timing chain!!!! I told her (the service advisor) I need the timing chain fixed too. Plus the exhaust, which they couldn't find a part, then they did. So now A MONTH LATER it's FINALLY RDY!! New blower motor, resister, timing chain assembly, exhaust stuff and $3800!! Just to add to this, she would never return a phone call. I would call several times back to back because I would get hung up on orsent to voice mail. The ONLY decent person I talked to there was Brandon. On the way home, the AC wasn't cold. I checked the freon, AND ITS EMPTY. I was nvr told anything about the freon. So I assumed they forgot to put any back n it. I go up there and now I'm told I HAD NO FREON when I brought it up there. WOULDA BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT!!! on the way to work, that same day, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES BACK ON!!!! xxx!! What the xxxx did I pay $3800 for??!! I did the ignition test and it's an exhaust code and a code about the oil. So I checked the oil level....ITS A QUART TO HALF A QUART LOW!!!! OH, they changed the oil too and didn't even out it to the full mark!! I haven't called them today. I'm trying to calm down some before I call up there. I'm worried that they didn't even do any work they said!!! A portion refund might be necessary!! This is CRAZY STUPID!! More

Luckily it turned out to be minor things...like the gas cap and a vacuum line...either way they fixed it in a timely manner When I picked the car up Rocky, Jeramy and Lori Ann all made it a point to tell me to talk to them personally if anything else should come up I felt like I just left a family dinner when I walked out...these three are more like family to me than I've had in a while... Please go see my friends at Legacy Dodge Crysler and Ram In Natchitoches, Louisiana The perks of a small town is that everyone knows you by name and they go so far to ask about my family too... I'm beyond pleased with all of the guys and you will be too. More

Rocky got me approved within an hour of my inquiry on the vehicle (while I was still in my hometown). He was able to include only the extras that I actually wanted and did not try to push or sneak in the stuff that I didn't want. I was able to complete my purchase within 45 minutes of arriving at Legacy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I am still shocked by how effortless the entire purchasing experience was. More
