Ms. Olivia thoroughly explained what was being done to my vehicle, gave me a free coffee coupon, notified me promptly when the service was completed (which was well within the one - one and a half hour she anticipated the service work will take) and explained the results of the work/inspection, etc. She directed me to my vehicle (where a free car wash coupon was also waiting).
