First, I was traveling and my battery unexpectedly died. I went to the Toyota dealership in the area. Bre was outstanding. She was polite, kind, knowledgeable and friendly . She understood my car has less I went to the Toyota dealership in the area. Bre was outstanding. She was polite, kind, knowledgeable and friendly . She understood my car has less than average miles given age of vehicle and suggested a product to consider purchasing that may maintained the expected battery longevity. They returned the car to me and I was surprised my car was cleaned inside and out. My local dealership does not provide this service, which has always been disappointing… I will be following up with my local dealership as they never bothered to check my battery health despite my diligence in taking the car in for services every 6 months. Nor, did they mention I could look into a product to maintain the longevity of my car battery. My local dealership will not even provide transportation so it’s not an option to have my car serviced unless I stay there waiting on a Saturday… If you are in the local Bremerton area, I recommend Bre and the dealership. I had my previous used car for 10+ years and Parker recently sold me my first new car. Parker was patient, answered my questions, and helped me feel more at ease throughout the whole process. I did not recently sold me my first new car. Parker was patient, answered my questions, and helped me feel more at ease throughout the whole process. I did not care for the finance person (don’t remember his name) as he did not address me initially and focused more on my boyfriend during our discussion, although I was the one buying my car. The dealership tries to get you to buy add-ons at the end when taking care of the final purchase. Overall I had a good experience and love my new car. Do your research to negotiate a fair price and don’t be afraid to say no to add-ons. More
