We test drove a 2020 Cherokee and she was very helpful explaining all the features of the vehicle was equipped with such as heated seats and steering wheel, Sirius radio and the four wheel drive feature. After returning to the dealership, she worked to get me all the discounts and specials offered to me such as the veterans discount. I ended up purchasing the Cherokee. and am very pleased with it.
