Ryan and Lynn were very helpful in the purchase of my Ford. I knew when I bought the truck that the interior was quit dirty, especially the upholstery. There was also a smell inside of the truck. When I went to pick up the truck the outside looked good, but I was disappointed that a lot of the stains were still on the upholstery that I will probably be able to remove myself. When I lifted up the console there was dirt and the back windows had children's handprints. My dad also noticed dirt on the roof interior before we left the lot. Ryan cleaned it. I was completely satisfied with everything else, and everyone that helped me with my purchase, but the detail department leaves a lot to be desired. I am just sad that I am going to have to spend my time and money to clean the upholstery and hopefully get rid of the smell. I just have the feeling that not much time was spent on the truck even though I left it at the dealership for 4 days after purchase for detail work to be completed. More

As a woman, I was taken advantage of by this dealer. 12/23/19, I purchase a 13 Jeep W/ Sahara CASH, I asked if anything is wrong. I was told that a multi-point inspection was done and everything is great 12/23/19, I purchase a 13 Jeep W/ Sahara CASH, I asked if anything is wrong. I was told that a multi-point inspection was done and everything is great. The sells guy (Red) took a couple to the gas station to fill up. I was on empty, so I asked what about me, he just pointed me to the nearest gas stations. Once leaving, I noticed I had no heat, no tire sensor reading, no back windshield fluid motor, no radio/Bluetooth, no heated seats on passenger side and more problems. It also had remote start that worked on its own. Service department had my Jeep one week. They did not offer and when I asked they said there was no rentals. This Dealerships GM, Randy Davis initially told me it was my problem, Vehicle "as-is". Randy would not take my calls and the Service department wanted me to pay $2800 for the diagnosed repairs. I went into the dealership, spoke with Randy. He then agreed to fix the heat, windshield motor, and tire sensor. Randy told Red to give me a loaner car which I had another 3 weeks as they worked on my jeep. There was no communication, no updates or time-frame for completion. The Service techs laughed when I said that the vehicle is starting on its own. (Later another Mechanic Shop showed me in less than 30 sec that the Jeep had auto start.) If it was not for Jake in Finance, I would have given up all together and sued this dealership under the consumer protection act. He spoke with Randy and even got him to give me $500 towards a new radio. Randy feels as though he did me a favor by fixing the above mentioned items. No, there "multi-point" inspection failed them and me the consumer. Jake did this dealership a favor just simply by being a good decent person and helping me through this mess and talking to the staff. I felt taken advantage of and under valued as a customer. I will NEVER purchase or use this dealership for service. LAZY service people. I still don't have heated seats as they advertised and every day I pray nothing goes wrong with this jeep because I over paid by 4K. This vehicle was never detailed from previous owner, The roller over cage looks like it took in some major dirt. I thought I was an experienced car buyer until these people. I purchased #13 Lexus's in a 11 year period and two Jeeps. I now know it wasn't me making each and every experience wonderful. It was a great dealership. Heartland CDJR will never see me again. My Service Adviser is not listed he told me he was leaving for another dealership because of how they handled my deal and other reasons. More
Very easy to work with. The Jeep I wanted ended up being sold by another salesman the next day.
