The car we purchased was in excellent condition and one minor issue was fixed for free, loaner car included. During our purchase and on two later phone calls I was told that a second key could be mailed to us after 30 days. This turned out not to be true; the original key must be at the dealership when the "key guy" is there on a Friday. I am not sure why multiple employees do not know this. I am also not sure why I had to call and ask that the title be mailed to me; that would have been a nice courtesy call if you do not do that automatically for some reason. Finally, when you a buy a car, your salesperson tells you to let them know if you need anything, but I do not recommend it here. I asked Delle to check on the status of our key and if the minor issue we had needed an appointment (my car knowledge is very limited), asked the same of another salesperson, and a woman who stated she was in the back office, but never did I start receiving followup and resolution until I spoke with Clint, the service manager, after which our issues were swiftly resolved. Maybe this is standard for smaller dealerships that I am not used to, maybe there is a culture issue here. More

Purchased used vehicle I went into the dealership just to inquire about a used vehicle. I knew what I wanted and didn't want. There were a few items that needed to be repaired and Delle made sure they got done. One item was damage from a design flaw, which was not found with previous owners. This item was repaired at no cost to me. This is great customer service. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I talk with. More

I once again have new video proving I know how to take it out of park, but there is a flaw or something wrong with the vehicle, but seeing how they can’t get it to do it, then I’m the problem not the truck.
