Very pleasurable experience I visited Heatland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on November 11, 2019. It was a bitter cold day. I was met at the door and helped in out of the cold. I was I visited Heatland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on November 11, 2019. It was a bitter cold day. I was met at the door and helped in out of the cold. I was assisted by Dru who was Proffessional and very knowledgeable. We test drove a 2020 Cherokee and she was very helpful explaining all the features of the vehicle was equipped with such as heated seats and steering wheel, Sirius radio and the four wheel drive feature. After returning to the dealership, she worked to get me all the discounts and specials offered to me such as the veterans discount. I ended up purchasing the Cherokee. and am very pleased with it. Recall notices on my RAM3500 I scheduled a recall notice service online and received an email confirmation. While inventory shows parts were in stock they apparently weren't whic I scheduled a recall notice service online and received an email confirmation.
