Recall notices on my RAM3500 I scheduled a recall notice service online and received an email confirmation. While inventory shows parts were in stock they apparently weren't whic I scheduled a recall notice service online and received an email confirmation. While inventory shows parts were in stock they apparently weren't which caused almost a week delay to get the recalls done. Friendly staff, would have appreciated getting a call rather me having to call repeatedly. More

Good sales experience, poor followup I feel like we were treated well on a busy day and received honest financial advice, knowing we were spending extra over time to get exactly the car w I feel like we were treated well on a busy day and received honest financial advice, knowing we were spending extra over time to get exactly the car we wanted, when we wanted it. The car we purchased was in excellent condition and one minor issue was fixed for free, loaner car included. During our purchase and on two later phone calls I was told that a second key could be mailed to us after 30 days. This turned out not to be true; the original key must be at the dealership when the "key guy" is there on a Friday. I am not sure why multiple employees do not know this. I am also not sure why I had to call and ask that the title be mailed to me; that would have been a nice courtesy call if you do not do that automatically for some reason. Finally, when you a buy a car, your salesperson tells you to let them know if you need anything, but I do not recommend it here. I asked Delle to check on the status of our key and if the minor issue we had needed an appointment (my car knowledge is very limited), asked the same of another salesperson, and a woman who stated she was in the back office, but never did I start receiving followup and resolution until I spoke with Clint, the service manager, after which our issues were swiftly resolved. Maybe this is standard for smaller dealerships that I am not used to, maybe there is a culture issue here. More

Loaner car on initial visit was not clean, full of smoke. Appt for repair was made after I complained about customer service. Afternoon before my appt someone from another department called to cancel and attempt to reschedule but was unable to help with loaner information or available times. I have taken my warranty repair to another dealership. More
