First of all, Batt was extremely helpful, transparent, trustworthy, and I would give him 5 stars but his name was not listed. Amazing service and kudos to him! As for the service department/technician, I would have to rate this a 1. Came in for a cable shifter replacement on my 2007 Corvette and a day or so later I was told I was ready to go. Picked it up and made it 1 block before the car aggressively shut down. Apparently, the technician that worked on my car dropped an exhaust nut which then went into the transmission housing. Batt admitted it was their wrongdoing and they fixed it on their dime but now have ongoing concerns that it has caused other damage. Unfortunately, my friend had a similarly bad experience with Heartland on his Corvette as well. Not everyone is qualified to work on these cars so would recommend finding a different service department if you own a Corvette as they just don't seem to have the expertise. More
