Really bad communication from the service department. Have talked to upper management and sadly it still sucks. Need to take truck back in because it’s still not fixed but they won’t return calls. Took vehicle under warranty for repair. GM Buyback. Previous service center did not find issue. This service center did find the issue! Then stated it was likely caused by a wreck and would GM Buyback. Previous service center did not find issue. This service center did find the issue! Then stated it was likely caused by a wreck and wouldn’t be covered. Initially refused to even submit for claim. No wreck in carfax report. Decided to try after hours of back and forth. Was covered. Literally a piece of special tape. Quality of the work was good. Service center staff were never friendly, even at drop off. More
