I made 3 trips back to service. Stopped in after my oil low indicator sounded. My oil life had 61% and I had 2,000 mi left before it needed oil change. First gentleman asked me to wait 10-15 mins for engine to cool to check oil. 30 minutes later I learn he went to lunch. After some effort, they topped off the oil. That evening I had oil on my driveway. So I message them and they got me in the next day. I dropped off my vehicle and got the shuttle and learned at the end of the day that they couldn't get the recalls done and they needed to keep it till the next later morning. When I picked it up there was no written information about researching my vehicle having low oil. I had to ask a representative to check with the mechanic to see if they actually check the dipstick. Mechanic said the oil was at the top of the crosshatch so I took it home. Again oil on my driveway. Mind you this is a 2023 Tahoe with 17,000 mi on it. I brought it in Friday morning got another shuttle and a call at the end of the day that they hadn't gotten to it and I'd have to wait till Saturday and pick up my car on Monday. This time my husband spoke to the service manager who assured us that they would put their top mechanic on it first thing Saturday morning. Then I get a phone call Saturday that they're not going to be able to get to it till Monday from one of the representatives. I reminded them of what the service manager had promised and they got my oil done within a couple of hours after that. But on the weekends there's no shuttle so I had to get a ride. This all cost me valuable working time. We will now do an oil consumption test every thousand miles. But I'm wondering if there just wasn't enough oil put in the last time I had it serviced? I have had good experiences in the past and the service manager John is very caring thorough and helpful. Preston took over after I had been forgotten and he kept in communication with me. It's clear they are short staffed. More

I had my car at this dealership for the air conditioner no less than 4 times and spent over $7000 after they continued to fail to correctly diagnose the actual issue. They just kept replacing parts meanwhi no less than 4 times and spent over $7000 after they continued to fail to correctly diagnose the actual issue. They just kept replacing parts meanwhile hot air continued to blow and continued to while charge me. I talked to the service manager, GM directly and was able to get no where. I ended up just trading the car in but had to get the issue fixed so in the end they got one over. More
