Had an issue and combined the repair with my oil change. This was going to be a long wait so I utilized the office setup, guest internet and was able to conduct my business during the long wait. Really bad communication from the service department. Have talked to upper management and sadly it still sucks. Need to take truck back in because it’s still not fixed but they won’t return calls.
