Awful No other words for this dealership besides awful. I have purchased a car from them and would not recommend it to anyone. They say what the need to get you to buy and then they treat you like crap. We have also had a truck repaired by them following an accident and trust me the job was subpar and it was a truck with less than 4000 miles on it. Thwy charge you incorrectly and then DEMAND a credit card to fix their mistake before anyone notices and all that is somehow the customers fault. I would Not reccomend this place to anyone.....learn from my mistakes and RUN !!! More
Service Department - Slow The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, they had not even started the the front end alignment. When I spoke with the Service manager, he went back to find out what happened and acknowledged it was slow, but only wanted me to go back and look at my tires. As though my tires caused them to take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Won't be back More

Rachel Huff's outstanding support kept me well informed on the progress and and status of my vehicle. She arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle until the problem was resolved. More
My car was under manufacture warranty. I took my car in for a check engine light and the car was returned to me a week later running worse than when I brought it to Heartland. I later learned that Heartlan for a check engine light and the car was returned to me a week later running worse than when I brought it to Heartland. I later learned that Heartland put the wrong parts on the car! I had to diagnose the problem, order and pay for the correct parts. Once I installed the correct parts the car ran perfectly. I took the receipts to the Service Manager and he refused to help or return my calls even though his technicians installed incorrect parts on my car. More
