I went in with an appointment at 3:30 and they were done by 5:00. Specifically asked for wiper fluid fix, (wasn’t working) and new wipers and oil change. They completed oil change and wiper replacement an by 5:00. Specifically asked for wiper fluid fix, (wasn’t working) and new wipers and oil change. They completed oil change and wiper replacement and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked about the wiper fluid. Then the girl tried to brush it off by saying I’d need another appointment, “it’s expensive and takes 3 hours”, and the salesman tried to show me how to remove a tire panel and check myself. Lol. Nah, that’s why I specifically asked you to check it. We aren’t mechanics. More

The service department was able to get my daughters truck in for brake replacements quickly. They did a great job. They replaced the rotors and brakes and informed us of a small leak they were able to fix in for brake replacements quickly. They did a great job. They replaced the rotors and brakes and informed us of a small leak they were able to fix right away. The staff there is friendly and very helpful. Garrick promised the replacement would be completed in one day. It was done in 6 hours with an oil change and all the routine checks! The technician working on it did a great job. Some dealerships tend to treat women customers like we are stupid, I haven't had that at Heartland. Thank you More

Awful No other words for this dealership besides awful. I have purchased a car from them and would not recommend it to anyone. They say what the need to get No other words for this dealership besides awful. I have purchased a car from them and would not recommend it to anyone. They say what the need to get you to buy and then they treat you like crap. We have also had a truck repaired by them following an accident and trust me the job was subpar and it was a truck with less than 4000 miles on it. Thwy charge you incorrectly and then DEMAND a credit card to fix their mistake before anyone notices and all that is somehow the customers fault. I would Not reccomend this place to anyone.....learn from my mistakes and RUN !!! More

Service Department - Slow The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, they had not even started the the front end alignment. When I spoke with the Service manager, he went back to find out what happened and acknowledged it was slow, but only wanted me to go back and look at my tires. As though my tires caused them to take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Won't be back More
