service dept scheduling was a breeze, however getting up dates on the extensive work I wanted done was non-existent. Had to call them to get up dates. Car was in the shop for a total of 3 weeks. I had to order parts from the internet, because Chevy no longer had them in stock, but that only held up my service for 3 days. still I called for service up dates 4 times total. no comunication. Service man also went on vacation and I was disappointed I had to let one of the other reps find out for me. More
