I brought in my truck to get worked on due to a heating issue, you guys say that there is no issue but i proved it with equipment and video that the service manager took, he also said that he would show th issue, you guys say that there is no issue but i proved it with equipment and video that the service manager took, he also said that he would show the mechanic the video but later when i asked him, he said no he didnt. all 3 times when i came to pick up the vehicle the issue was still there, i bought my truck here cause i thought it was a good dealership, but i am wrong, the service dept is lacking. You guys kept my truck from Thursday night to thursady night - 1 week, I will never do business with Heartland again and I will tell others my experience. More

Speed of the service was fine. Just a couple of observations. 1. 32 seconds before the service prompt comes up on your phone service. While that does not seam like a long time. While that does not seam like a long time...running a similar retail and service dealership, that is a long time for customers to wait. 2. While waiting in the customer lounge for my service to be completed, I watched another couple wait over 15 minutes to pay for their car as the curtains were pulled at the "pay window" for the employee to be on lunch or break. Again in a similar business so I know headcount challenges, OT metrics, and making sure we provide adequate breaks, but I would think could be a work around in the name of customer service. Both were minor issues, but I know I always appreciate feedback/awareness on areas to improve our customer service. More
