Kudos to Preston Igoe and John Hughes in the service department. Preston was my primary point of contact and did a great job. I had not been up to Heartland for quite a while because I felt that the service department was lacking in making sure the customer was satisfied. I understand that you can't always be the bearer of good news but when you show the customer respect in your delivery it makes the bad news easier to take. It doesn't mean I will like it, but I know you're being fair. After my recent visit and the interaction with Preston and John I will be back. More
