Vibration Frustration I have purchased 10 new GM vehicles through the years. I was always a GM guy. I recently purchased a new 2015 Silverado. Basically a 40,000 dollar tru I have purchased 10 new GM vehicles through the years. I was always a GM guy. I recently purchased a new 2015 Silverado. Basically a 40,000 dollar truck. I now have just over 4000 miles on it and it has been in the shop over 3 and 1/2 weeks. The this truck has had 18 tires and 14 different wheels on it yet they can't fix the vibration issues at speeds around 70 to 80 mph. Now they claim they only tried to fix it 2 times?? And have given up. Wow, I would think the dealership would try to help my case with GM. They claim it is the road or just how trucks ride. I say BS. My son has a 2007 GMC Sierra with 145,000 miles, bald tires and original shocks and it doesn't vibrate things off the center console. I now feel like the dealership is working against me and not for me. I will never purchase another from them. More

Hands Down Best Experience Ever I had been looking for cars for weeks and literally been to every dealership in the Kansas city metro area. I am so glad we finally made it to Heartl I had been looking for cars for weeks and literally been to every dealership in the Kansas city metro area. I am so glad we finally made it to Heartland Chevy in Liberty, Melissa came right out and helped. We didn't get that pushiness you get from some salesman. We test drove the Malibu and loved it. I had to have a sunroom and backup camera and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the car of my dreams. After tracking down the perfect car, they had the windows tinted and sunroof in within days, not to mention I got a loaner until my car was ready .so I didn't miss a single day of work. Melissa was wonderful, very caring and honest. She got me the best deal possible and we were treated like rock stars. Ryan was great and upfront. They made it the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. If only I would of just skipped the others and went straight to Heartland! Oh and to top it all off when I went to get my car they stayed a few mins late just for me to make it from work I also got a Goody bag full of Chevy gifts! IF YOU WANT THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ***GO SEE MELISSA!!! More
