Quest for a Trax I wanted a small SUV. I also wanted an orange car. I had talked to John Brown at Heartland about this last fall. He notified me when the first I wanted a small SUV. I also wanted an orange car. I had talked to John Brown at Heartland about this last fall. He notified me when the first Trax arrived at their dealership. I did a test drive, I wanted a Trax, but I would only buy an orange one with specific options. They searched, found the exact one I wanted and now it is mine. I have been a Heartland customer for 11 years. I have always been treated fairly, by both the sales and service departments. I love my new Trax. I also loved the Chevrolet Malibu that I had for 6-1/2 years prior to the Trax. I have and will continue to recommend Heatland Chevrolet to others. More
amzing first time experience. I came into heartland for a new chevy camaro. I was always interested in camaros and was always under the hoods of the older models i had so i knew wh I came into heartland for a new chevy camaro. The staff was very helpful when i was test driving my 2014 the day i got it. Although the process was lengthy and time consuming as i figured it would be, the service they gave me was next to none. I started looking for a new Silverado online and was helped by Brent . I had an appointment at two stores that day and after leaving one i went over to Heartland Chevy to see if they could help me . Brent had the truck ready and got my old one appraised while i test drove the new one . I hate the back and forth stuff but they gave me a good price right away and I got them to throw in a bed liner . Was going to use my credit union but they beat the rate and got my paperwork finished quickly . Was a much better experience than the other place I went to and I ended up getting $100 for sending my sister there who also bought a used Malibu from also . More
Best Chevy Dealer in Kansas City. I was looking to buy a used car as quickly as possible. The car I was driving had a clutch going out and numerous other problems and I was planning a long road trip in a fe used car as quickly as possible. The car I was driving had a clutch going out and numerous other problems and I was planning a long road trip in a few days. I originally visited Van Chevrolet and had problems from the very beginning. My experience with VAN ended quickly after one of their finance reps called and started harassing me at work, pressuring me to take a loan at 15.9% and said I was foolish if I thought I could find anything at a lower rate. They kept yanking me around with the loan and then with the car. I went to Van on a Thursday and I needed to drive home in a car by Saturday. Saturday morning and still haven't heard anything from them. My friend had a similar experience with Van and ended up going to Heartland and had a wonderful experience. She recommended me to Bill Kopp. She sent him an e-mail telling him about the experience I had so far, what I was looking for and what I could afford. He called me after work and we set up a time for me to come in Saturday morning. From the very second I arrived it was a completely different experience. There weren't people outside waiting to pounce as soon as I stepped out of my car. There was one gentleman outside smoking and he(from a distance) asked if I was there for Bill. When I stepped into his office, he already had everything ready for me. I knew what I was looking for and he had a beautiful, fully loaded Chrysler Pacifica waiting for me to test. I drove it, loved it and came in to start doing the paper work. There wasn't any pressure. As an added bonus, I was there with my two children(boys, 6 and 7) by myself and one of the other salesmen took it upon himself to ask if he could give my boys a tour of the showroom while I filled out my papers. I was hesitant at first, but my boys loved it! Instead of being treated like xxxx for bringing my kids with me, I was treated like family. After their tour, the gentleman took them over to a table and gave them some donuts and water. I did not have to negotiate on my deal at all. They gave me a very good price on my trade(without me having to ask them to bump it up 3 times like I did with Van) and they lowered the price of the Chrysler so I could have payments in an affordable range. They took me over to see where the service area was so when I take my car in for it's free oil change I will know where to go. The gentleman at the service center was absolutely wonderful. He knew my name ahead of time and offered my kids a lollipop and showed them(and me, but he made the kids feel like it was just them)around the service center. I was in and out of Heartland Chevrolet in record time and they were able to accomplish in less than 3 hours what Van Chevrolet hadn't accomplished in 3 days! I got a great vehicle from Heartland, but more importantly I received excellent service. I will never visit another car dealership again. I hope that they never close because they have earned my business for life. More
My car was under manufacture warranty. I took my car in for a check engine light and the car was returned to me a week later running worse than when I brought it to Heartland. I later learned that Heartlan for a check engine light and the car was returned to me a week later running worse than when I brought it to Heartland. I later learned that Heartland put the wrong parts on the car! I had to diagnose the problem, order and pay for the correct parts. Once I installed the correct parts the car ran perfectly. I took the receipts to the Service Manager and he refused to help or return my calls even though his technicians installed incorrect parts on my car. More
