They told me I had a car loan, I gave them $7700 and 4 weeks later they took the car back and never gave me my money back. They will threaten you, try to bully you to see if you will just go away. Service Department - Slow The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, The service department is extremely slow. I took my truck into have an oil change, tires rotated, and front end alignment. After 3 hours of waiting, they had not even started the the front end alignment. When I spoke with the Service manager, he went back to find out what happened and acknowledged it was slow, but only wanted me to go back and look at my tires. As though my tires caused them to take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Won't be back More
