I would highly not recommend this dealership. I was trying to work a deal that I already have financing for, over the phone with Brent Deal, who argued with me that their website does not say they will trying to work a deal that I already have financing for, over the phone with Brent Deal, who argued with me that their website does not say they will give $2000 over KBB instant cash offer, when it does. I called and spoke with another gentleman Jacob Jackson who was VERY nice and let me know that he could help me out and explained I needed to bring the vehicle in. So, I drove the 2 hours in and the receptionist very kindly greeted me, but the friendly customer service was definitely not there from anyone else. A different Jake grabbed the keys for the vehicle, but was receptive on handing them to me and told me he unlocked it so I could go look at it, but reluctantly gave me the keys when I asked for them. They then tell me that there is not another $2000 that they will add even though there is no damage or issues with my vehicle and told me “it doesn’t matter why we’re not giving it to you, we don’t have to”and walked away. In the mean time of waiting for the finalizing of the appraisal, I could hear Brent standing at the counter behind me trying to talk disrespectful to another employee because I asked for another salesman. If you are buying a car or truck from Heartland Chevrolet in Liberty MO this information may help you to have a better experience than I did. First of all, if at all possible get your own financing. Next, when dealing with the sales manager, check every line every time they come back. What you just agreed to will be changed from top to bottom. When you think you come to an agreement and are ready to sign it, look it over thoroughly, take a picture, and get a copy right then and there. Do not lose it. You will need it when you sign your final documents and possibly after that. IMPORTANT: Be very leery of any aftermarket products they try to sell you. They will tell you that you have to buy them, you don’t. This is where they make all, and more, of the money back from the rebates they just gave you. Just say no. Examples: 1. Glass coat – they try to charge you nearly $2000.00. You could get it done elsewhere for 1/4 the cost, and they slopped it on. Had to take it back for a do over. 2. Nitro locks – 4 locking lug nuts. They charge you $498.00! They cost about $20 online. 3. Edge/door guards – They charge you $397.00! You can purchase a 2 pack for $4.00 at any auto store. Then they didn’t even install them where the door would hit. Unbelievable! Another return visit. 4. Window tint – 2 windows $299.00 – Twice what you would pay elsewhere. If there is anything but $0.00 in the aftermarket column you should check online prices first. Be careful. MOST IMPORTANT: Do not think for one minute that what you just agreed to with the sales manager will be properly transferred to your final documents. Hard to believe, right? The numbers were changed! Check every line of every document you sign and get your copy right then and there. Do not trust them with your electronic signature! Do not leave without all of your signed paper documents, especially your yellow copy of the sales sheet and your life time warranty. They will refuse to give them to you. It’s pretty easy to figure out why. They will say they are going to mail them to you but in my case, they purposely wrote the address incorrectly on the documents. I’m not making this stuff up. They did and refused to change it. Ignored me like it didn’t matter. I never received the documents! Get your documents and do not trust their electronic process. Personally, I’d go elsewhere. Your choice. I hope this helps. More

They say what the need to get you to buy and then they treat you like crap. We have also had a truck repaired by them following an accident and trust me the job was subpar and it was a truck with less than 4000 miles on it. Thwy charge you incorrectly and then DEMAND a credit card to fix their mistake before anyone notices and all that is somehow the customers fault. I would Not reccomend this place to anyone.....learn from my mistakes and RUN !!! More
Never going back! Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke Okie.. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke to the sales person and was told "Ford's now manages GPS application using Sync services". I believed him and decided to activate the feature when i reach home. I found that Sync has been disabled for 2011 till 2016 models. Called a ford dealer ship and was informed that vehicle does not have GPS hardware installed and it will cost me $1500 to get it installed. Called Lucas (sales person) back and informed him about the situation. response was "You are on your own". So finally left with a BAD taste and dealers attitude on GFY. They were great when i was buying the car, but after i bought attitude completely changed! I am going to raise this up to the credit companies and leave review about how a false promise/suggestion was made and how much of an extra effort was made to feel a customer satisfied! More
