Was lied to about why it took 2 days to get tires rotated and balanced. They were supposed to do a recall issue also but they wanted truck few more days. This was scheduled 3 weeks out. My first time visiting the dealer for service, and I was very impressed. I watched him with my car as much as I could, and had no complaints whatsoever. My only issue with the customer service lounge was the Wi-Fi was not connected to the Internet at that time, but that gave me some time to just sit and read and think.
