Purchased a vehicle, found it on heartlands website. Came to test drive after being pre approved. Car still needed an oil change and to be detailed. Then the someone went on lunch and they couldn't locate the car, then they found it, so I skipped the detail, and will have to return for detail, gad tank fillup. Salesman excellent, financing guy great. Someone dropped the xxxxx somewhere from that point... and was only offered 1 free oil change. More
