Surprises at final signing Only complaints are sales person didn't listen to my request of down payment, and doubled what I said. Put the car below my requested monthly payment Only complaints are sales person didn't listen to my request of down payment, and doubled what I said. Put the car below my requested monthly payment, then financial guy also forgot to remove a incentive that wasn't supposed to be applied. So when I told them the deal I was promised it was like pulling teeth to get them to honor it... I conceded slightly by a couple hundred dollars as it was an adaptable deal, but still not what was promised by sales rep and manager verbally. Also when vehicle was prepped for pick up, they just did a wash and put floor mats in. I was pulling plastic off, getting manuals from the trunk, and handling of the keys was crazy. I was only given one key at first, and before I left I was to,d the other one was given to my wife who had left already. Would have thought both keys would have been handed over at pick up. Last item I was surprised that vehicle introduction was by a third team member, typically the sales agent is with me from start to finish. I felt he thought his job was done when I said yes we have a deal. More
