Made an appointment 10 days in advance over the phone to get oil changed and trans. looked at. Got there and she said I'm all set for trans flush. I said No. it's for oil change and trans looked at. I reached out to Healey Brothers Ford via their website asking about a specific car. They called me right away and were extremely helpful getting me all the info I needed on the car. I was coming from out of state so we did a lot of our business over the phone or email. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful. They got me a trade in value on my previous car, which was exactly at the value I was hoping for. They told me they were charging MSRP for the car I was looking at, which was fantastic news. They even accepted my XPlan discount through my employer. The Sales Manager Lance Aiello handled most of the communication and he went over and above for me. I drove down to NY and was able to complete the purchase quickly with Lance, Joshua, and Brians help and then was able drive home in my dream car! I can not say enough good things about this dealership and their staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. More

Don’t trust this dealership. They use bait and switch tactics to get sales leads and then try to talk you into a car you don’t want. In this case the dealership said it was holding a car for me for 72 ho tactics to get sales leads and then try to talk you into a car you don’t want. The car is STILL being shown as available on their website. The sales team are rude and lied to me during two calls. I’d never buy from this place. More

Went to Healey Ford in Beacon to find out what they would allow for a trade of my 2004 F-150 and I drove home in a 2021 F-150.
