Joseph and John both have really been great anytime my car has needed warranty or service work done. Recently my clutch went out on my car after 12k miles. After many calls to Ford Corp and a couple of visits to other dealerships. Joseph helped get my car repaired under warranty. I cannot say how great everyone is in the service department and I will continue to remain a customer of Friendly Ford for years to come. Because of their concern and commitment towards my car and me, I will be buying any new car from the dealership when the time comes. More
I have been buying cars and working with dealers for 20+ years and have never had a worst experience than I did at friendly ford in Poughkeepsie. The staff was okay but the service was horrible. After speaking to Steve in finance and giving him a number I was comfortable paying each month, I didn't hear from him or my sales person until I called the dealer 2 weeks later only to discover they had sold the car I was interested in purchasing. I had even signed a buyers order. My credit is not perfect so I guess they figure just sell the car to someone with better credit and the heck with me. Not even a phone call !? If you do not have perfect credit , it doesn't seem that friendly wants to be bothered with you. Very disrespectful !!! I will not be returning to friendly ford in Poughkeepsie for any reason ever.... More

I was recently shopping for a new vehicle and stopped into Friendly Ford to test drive the Ford Edge. My salesperson Kelly Owens was helpful right from the start. Even though she knew I was also lookin into Friendly Ford to test drive the Ford Edge. My salesperson Kelly Owens was helpful right from the start. Even though she knew I was also looking at other vehicles, she took the time to answer any questions I had in regard to the Ford product. When I did return to purchase the vehicle the process was relatively simple, and Kelly took the time to review all the features before I left the dealership. Since the purchase she has reached out to me several times just to see how things were going, to be sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. More

The car was ready as promised, and all DMV and insurance procedures were covered by the dealership. I was able to speak candidly with Ken about what I didn't want in the car and my concerns about the sale, and all my questions were answered fully. More
Had a extended warranty contract. Premium maintenance plan. At 15000 miles I was to have certain filters changed, tires rotated, wiper blades replaced if bad which they were, and non of these things wer plan. I,m sure other items which were supposed to be checked or serviced may not have been done, theres really no way of telling. What I got was an oil change and the fliuds and tires checked. Maybe? A similar service at a quick change oil facility would have costed me around $29.95. With my service contract each service costs about $170.00. . The service advisor you would think would check on whether the service was properly performed. I will never step back into that dealer or any other Friendly dealership again. More
