Ryan was very helpful and very knowledgeable, answering all our questions completely without any BS. Steve in finance was very helpful getting us a better finance deal while we sat in his office getting ready to sign the papers. Strongly recommend to anybody in the market for a new vehicle. My only concern was the time spent waiting for the detailing department, we arrived at 1pm to pick up our vehicle and left at 4:45pm. (I do take into consideration we asked for a protective spray to be put on, in which we were told would be an extra hour, in which we elected to do) More

There is a reason why the word "Friendly" is in the dealership name because the staff is just that, extremely friendly and very accommodating to customers' needs. Keith Rosier was wonderful in helping us find the right vehicle for a price that we were comfortable with. Keith was professional and patient as he wanted to ensure we were fully satisfied with our lease. Steve Zavatski met us and showed us what he ha As my wifes lease on her Mercedes GLK 350 was due, I stopped in to look at the escape as a replacement. Steve Zavatski met us and showed us what he had in stock. We were unsure if we would lease or purchase. We looked at Certified Pre Owned and found one we liked. a 2014 Titanium. However the one we liked at closer inspection was damaged. I asked if he had something comprable in stock but did not. At this point we look at purchasing a new one but the price was more than I wanted to spend. Steve then showed us a 2014 Demo fully loaded and said he could get us a good deal.I was suspicious, but he did. I ended up leasing it with almost nothing down and a very managable monthly payment. As we only dvire it less than 10k miles a year it was perfect. Could not ask for a better car, the ride is better then the mercedes, and the car has a warm friendly interior. Time will show how it fares in gas mileage. The mercedes was a real gas hog for its size. It was not all that good in the snow either. Several of our freinds have the Escape and recommended it as well as Friendly Ford. So far they were correct. If you want a good deal and not feel that you overpaid go to Friendly Ford. Steve Zavatski is a great sales professional as is the rest of the staff. More

I set up an appointment on line to test drive the Explorer. I met with Kathy Colletti and the service she provided was exceptional. There was a no pressure environment that made me feel relaxed. We purchased a used vehicle from Friendly Ford, and couldn't be happier with it. In fact, we were so impressed we went back and leased a new vehicle when the lease was up on my pick up. My entire experience at Friendly Ford was excellent. I had to go there in a series of one hour lunch breaks. Kathy is an awesome saleswoman, and no one tried high pressure tactics, or throwing performance had to go there in a series of one hour lunch breaks. Kathy is an awesome saleswoman, and no one tried high pressure tactics, or throwing performance jargon at me. I'm still in the post-sale area, and they are still friendly and courteous. They will not brush you off once you drive off the lot. I highly recommend Friendly Ford over Healey bros. More
