Mark was a pleasure to deal with My husband Jason and I saw a vehicle we were interested in on the website. We called to set up a test drive on Saturday morning. When we got to the dealership, the car was already warmed up and waiting up front for us. After meeting Mark, we set out for our test drive. We loved the car right away. Before finalizing our decision, Mark happily printed out car history and had the car put up on the lift for our inspection. He was very straightforward and honest with us. We never felt uneasy or that we were being taken advantage of. We had been to another local dealer and we left not only because they didn't want to bring the cars out to be driven, but the salesperson was very insulting when we mentioned what we were looking for and our budget. With Mark, that was never an issue. Even when we went back later that evening because one key fob wasn't working, Mark offered to pay out of his pocket to fix it. A simple battery change, but very kind gesture. We bought the car the same day with no issues. The entire process was very easy. We love our new car! More

Out of state purchase I was making an out of state purchase with an out of state trade in. The process was extremely difficult which added a lot frustration to my family. It is more of the process that was hurting everyone because it was presented clear as mud. If I lived in state, my experience probably would have been better, however that was not my case. So if you live out of state I would recommend waiting till you get back home. More

Even though there was a small issue due to weather when we picked up the vehicle they still compensated us for taking longer than expected.
