Friendly Ford & Salesperson Keri Trexler I've owned a few Fords, recently a 2010 Ford Fusion, which I was very satisfied with. Previously I had a Ford Taurus which I traded in with 170,000 I've owned a few Fords, recently a 2010 Ford Fusion, which I was very satisfied with. Previously I had a Ford Taurus which I traded in with 170,000 miles and it was still running very well. Also there were few if any repairs on either vehicle. But the winter driving prompted to look for a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The Escape fit all my requirements. Keri Trexler, salesperson, was instrumental in getting me the car at the right price. I had many questions about the car and pricing and she was patient and prompt with the answers. Without her help, I don't think I could have negotiated the transaction. I took the car on a trip Saturday, in the rain and fog and the car was super, better than my expectations. Thanks Keri, thanks Friendly. More

Since we expressed interest in two models, she allowed us to test drive both to ensure that we were satisfied with our final decision. Keri never made us feel rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. We were very impressed with Keri's professionalism as well as that of Barry and Steve when finalizing our deal.
