Very unprofessional bunch We applied for a car loan and were asked for a deposit. Loan was denied a few hours later but they charged my debit card anyway. The salesperson who was courteous in the beginning, kept ignoring our calls, the rest of the staff kept assuring my acct. was credited back, but until today after 10 days no one has given the proper attention to refund our money. On the other hand, Ruge's Subaru approved our application and never asked for a deposit. Tomorrow I'm going to the "friendly" dealer in person and hopefully get my money back. I guess maybe if we were approved and bought a car their treatment would've been different... Make your decision at your own risk, I just had to write a review to express my frustration and make people aware of the way they treated us. As for me, I would never put a foot on any "Friendly" Dealer again(same "friendly owner"). More

Wonderful experience with Keri at Friendly Ford Keri helped me order my 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and knew that I did my homework (x-plan, costs, options), so Keri helped me order my 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and knew that I did my homework (x-plan, costs, options), so there was no haggling or hassle. She was very effiicient and gave me status of the car. It was a long 9 week process to get the car, but it finally arrived, and Keri and the finance director quickly handled the paperwork. It was worth the wait. Not a strike against Keri or the dealer, but to Ford IT, you need to get COTUS to work. I know it is in beta version, but for people who ordered their cars watched COTUS and its ups and downs in providing status. It is a great tool, but it still has some kinks. More
