However, everyone at friendly ford were very accommodating and helpful. I had been to another ford dealership in the area and my experience had been horrendous, but going to friendly ford was the best decision I ever made. Keri, Steve, and Keith were all a delight to work with and before I knew it Keri was congratulating me and handing me and my fiancé the keys to my beautiful 2010 Ford F-150 Platinum! I will never go to a different dealership for all my vehicle needs! I couldn't be more happy with my truck or the people who helped me get it. Highly recommend this dealership! Very unprofessional bunch We applied for a car loan and were asked for a deposit. Loan was denied a few hours later but they charged my debit card anyway. The salesperson who was courteous in the beginning, kept ignoring our calls, the rest of the staff kept assuring my acct. was credited back, but until today after 10 days no one has given the proper attention to refund our money. On the other hand, Ruge's Subaru approved our application and never asked for a deposit. Tomorrow I'm going to the "friendly" dealer in person and hopefully get my money back. I guess maybe if we were approved and bought a car their treatment would've been different... Make your decision at your own risk, I just had to write a review to express my frustration and make people aware of the way they treated us. As for me, I would never put a foot on any "Friendly" Dealer again(same "friendly owner"). More
