When we bought the car we purchased a car care service plan which included oil changes, roadside assistance, etc. I brought my car in for the first oil change and the guy behind the counter criticized me for making my appt on line when that is what I was referred to do. It took them over an hour to change the oil but being it was a Saturday I had assumed they were busy. I brought it in today for the second oil change and it took them 2 hours to do it and I was the only one sitting in the waiting room. No one apologized for the wait. I have 6 remaining coupons and I will NOT be using them More
Every Dealer Experience Should Be Like This! I recently purchased a used 2014 Ford C-Max Energi from Friendly Ford from a listing I had seen online. I was originally hesitant of driving over 100 I recently purchased a used 2014 Ford C-Max Energi from Friendly Ford from a listing I had seen online. I was originally hesitant of driving over 100 miles from CT to see a car. However the low mileage and the friendly, prompt response of everyone made me feel that this was going to be a good experience. I can only say wonderful things about Friendly Ford . Julie original took my call and promptly got back to me to let me know the car was available and took my deposit. Jasmine is perhaps the best sales person I have every had at a car dealer. She was great in getting all my questions answered, being patient and thorough as I asked many detailed questions about the car and warranty, and then doing everything to help make the trade in of my 2004 Prius with 195k miles happen to make the deal a reality. Mark in finance was very helpful in research questions and Kim filled out all the paperwork so the car could be registered out of state. This dealer is the most professional, friendly, and likeable dealer I have ever bought a car from and made shopping for a car for my daughter a pleasant experience. I now know why they have such great reviews online and they totally met my expectations after reading them. Thank you again to everyone at Fridndly Ford. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We were in the market for an SUV for my 19 year old daughter. We had gone to Toyota for a RAV4 initially, but were treated so poorly that we left. She liked the looks of the new Escape so we made an appt to just test drive one at 3pm on Saturday. By 6pm that very day we were leaving the dealership with a 2016 Escape in the color she wanted with every feature she could dream of! The deal was too amazing to pass up. The transaction was a breeze and Mike Wedrogowski was the best!! He is very patient and knows his Fords. The manager, Keith, was really accommodating and able to give us the best deal possible! Steve in Finance explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with, as well. Cannot say enough about Mike and the wonderful staff at Friendly Ford!! Will definitely be back!! More
Service or the LACK OF! I'm leasing a 2014 Ford Transit Connect turbo passenger model. At 10 months my second service transmission lights on. The first time it came on I was I'm leasing a 2014 Ford Transit Connect turbo passenger model. At 10 months my second service transmission lights on. The first time it came on I was told it was a fluke. Now I use this vehicle to commute to work all it ever sees is highways and I'm the only passenger with an 80lb tool box. Its never towed anything and at this point it never will. So 3 weeks ago the service transmission light comes back on the highway doing slightly over the speed limit, the trans goes into default and won't shift properly. I was close enough to limp it back to the dealer from whom its leased. I walk into the service department and told them I need to leave the van with you theres a transmission problem and I believe its overheating because fluid started coming out of the vent and smoke began coming out of the wheel wells as I pulled into the dealer. The first question they ask is do you have an appointment??? I explained the issues and they told me they are so backed up and being I guess didn't plan ahead knowing my xxx new ford was going to almost catch fire. So they told me being its still under warranty and a lease it should only be around 3 days. Now I asked for a loaner vehicle and they said they had nothing to give me being I'm supposed to know when my trans is going to fail. I said this is my only vehicle and I need to go to work. Well had to take off the next day and spent 3 hour's trying to get hold of the service advisor. No one answered a phone and no return calls. This is a Wednesday finally someone in sales answers a phone after more then a dozen calls and I asked to speak with service I have no vehicle still. The sales girl saids no one is in service please leave the advisor a message. Well I lost it and asked to speak with a manager. "Sorry they are all in meetings right now". Waiting for someone to call back never happened. Friday no one calls me back, no answers, no car can't work. Friday I finally reach someone live in service and explode at this point my vehicle hasn't been looked at and I'm out of work 2 days so he asked what I need a loaner for and I said work. He said we don't give loaners for business purposes, so I flipped out and finally he get back to me and said the best we can do is give you a rental from Avis till your van is fixed. Well 2 weeks later no calls back and still no one answers a phone in service so I can find out the status. Well a long story short 2.5 weeks later they know my transmission is overheating but don't know why. Dealer is dealing with the engineers at corporate still no answer from them. At the end of the 2.5 weeks engineering tells dealer to replace electronic trans fluid thermostat. Dealer states nothing wrong with original but we have to do what were told. When it happens again just bring it back being its now documented. I flip out for that answer and now hope the thing goes up in flames while I'm driving it. Its not the first dealer I've ever dealt with but by far the utmost worst of the worst! Avoid at all means! More

Just playing Games! Was told if things changed I would be called back?.. Went on cargurus and found that they lowered price to what I offered just 3 weeks before? Called was given an appointment to take final road test to seal the deal.. Sounds good so far but... They decided to show it to another Gentleman during my appointment time and he road tested it.. They put him near the window and let him stew, they were hoping that I would start a bidding war by jumping in car to road test. Was even told by Mike that I could offer w/o road testing and be the first person in... GAMES!!!!!! Thanked G.M> for wasting my time and gas and bid him a farewell and good riddance. .This dealer stinks! More
