Good service We stopped by to take a look at an used car. We then realized we were at the wrong place. They were able to help us plus we got a good deal from them. Would have give them a five if it wasn't because when we went to pick up the car and sign all the documents needed they weren't able to stay with the offer they made us the day of our visit. We live in Albany, so it was important for us to get as much specific information on the car as possible, before we decided to make the trip. Initially I was a little concerned about the business model, in that they do not 'assign' you a salesperson, prior to your arrival. I have been car shopping for so long, I was accustomed to having salespeople hound me from the minute I met them. Friendly Ford is different, as a customer you are not given a salesperson to work with until you arrive. But, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and noted immediately that the dealership was organized, and professional. Joe Catalano worked with us and made our trip worthwhile. We had to come back to purchase the vehicle later in the week and when we arrived, everything was ready for us. They are not high-pressure salespeople, and this is important to us when making such a significant purchase. We are in the market for another vehicle, and would drive all the way back there in a heartbeat, to buy again. More

I had signed all the paperwork but they did not make one step to earn my business, so I walked away. They "generously" offered a 2 year service contract - the crap I got in the mail through a flyer. What can you say, they are car dealers. More

I bring it to other dealerships over an hour away, they find the problem and fix it! My car has been in service now for another reoccurring problem that they "fixed" a week ago for 5 days now and I have not received a call from them telling me what's going on with the car. It sat in the parking spot I parked it in for 2 days before I had it brought to their attention that it wasn't even tagged yet! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and will never buy from them again!!! Looking to sell my car now and go with another maker!! More

Just got to watch that the financing shop gives you full info on all the rebates, otherwise might get stung by a high interest rate. However we negotiated it down to lower than what Ford was asking for in it's advertisements. Overall a fine experience. More
