Vin etch ripoff Bought a 2015 leftover car here,got a good price ,salesman Leroy Porter was a nice guy ,not pushy at all. I let myself get talked into extended warranties and vin etching by financial officer Steve Villosio which added to cost(I know I should've done my research first) . I later found out that the company that did warranty was Fidelity Warranty Services inc. ,did an Internet search on them , and saw they had a 1 star rating out of five on Consumeraffairs.com and other bad reviews so I cancelled that,you have thirty days. Do a Google search on vin number etching and you'll see they are a scam,was told I would save money on insurance which worked out to be only $5 a year and I paid Friendly Ford $543, I definitely got ripped off, I'm putting this here so people learn from my mistake I found out you can buy an etch kit for under $25 on Internet they did quite a markup. Also looking at Focusfanatics.com website you can get extended service plans from Zieglerfordesp.com or Andersonand Koch-ford-warranty.com for a lot less money than this dealership offered. Hope this helps someone learn from my mistakes. More

Disappointment ,taken advantage of After I was approved for my loan and 90% of the paperwork with Don and I was there with my trade-in. They said they made a mistake and it was gonna co After I was approved for my loan and 90% of the paperwork with Don and I was there with my trade-in. They said they made a mistake and it was gonna cost me an extra $200 a month now. Since I was already there I decide to go with it. Steve the guy who sold me my warranty said you only pay for two years in the cost of the loan will drop. Well I found out that was a lie I'm paying $6000 for $2500 warranty. My 2013 Ford Explorer has been back there four times for the same problem. I regret ever doing business with them I feel as though I was taken advantage of. And yet again I need to waste my time drive 45 minutes drop my car off for the day so they can adjust a door sensor what it should've been replaced the first time. My advice go somewhere else. More
