The Best Service Experience I have EVER Had! From beginning to end, this was the best service experience Ive ever had. From scheduling my visit, to the free loaner car. My repair was way more than expected, Matt told me what I needed vs. what could wait, I didnt even have to ask and he worked with me on the price which was totally fair for a dealership! I left completely satisfied and my car with over 75k is feeling like its brand new and it didnt break the bank for all I got! They gave me the Kelly Blue Book value for my vehicle which I thought was extremely fair and was a no hassle process. Onto buying the new truck. I had requirements for the truck I wanted due to my towing needs and interior storage. We discussed different packages and options available on the different models of F150's. Mark answered my questions thoroughly allowing me to make informed decisions about my needs and wants. Mark was able to find the truck that filled all of my needs and covered all of my wants at a great price. I could not be any happier with the entire buying experience here and plan on recommending any of my friends shopping for vehicles to stop in to Friend Ford. More

They keep your money!!!!! I purchased a three year old used car in April from Friendly Ford with only 9k miles on it. Within a week I had it in for service due to a terrible s I purchased a three year old used car in April from Friendly Ford with only 9k miles on it. Within a week I had it in for service due to a terrible smell. There was a problem with the rear end. They gave me a "loaner" that was filthy! It was also barely big enough to fit a passenger in. A few months later I took my car to an express oil change place who told me not to drive the car because there was fluid splattered all over the underneath part of the car. Back into service and they fixed the issue - a seal that wasn't replaced properly the first time. Then, I totaled my car on August 31st. I went into the dealership a week later to inquire about a refund on the warranty I purchased. I was told that I would miss the billing cycle with the warranty company and that I would have to wait for the following month for the refund which would be paid directly to my bank by the 10th of the month. It is now the 25th of October and they haven't paid the bank the refund yet the warranty company refunded Friendly ford on the first of October!!! In the meantime, interest is accruing on my loan and they are holding onto MY MONEY! I would never ever do business with them again and intend to report them to the bbb. More
