Hi Joe. We certainly should have called you to let you know when the truck you test drove was sold, and we're very sorry. We can appreciate your disappointment with the truck being sold, but the Raptor you test drove sparked a lot of interest. In fact, we had 2 other buyers behind you awaiting your decision. After you declined our Sales Manager Mark Bernicker’s offer to secure and purchase the truck that evening (which had nothing to do with it going through the Service Department), the next person in line jumped at the opportunity and purchased the Raptor that night.
