I have never bought a car when I felt like the salesman and I were working together towards a common goal. I have always felt like they are trying to “put one over on me”, but not for one second did I feel like this with Joe. He is the most honest, sincere guy that is looking out for my best interests. He was very organized and efficient. He organized all of the manuals and paperwork for the vehicle and went over it with me. He walked around the vehicle with me and the got in showing me how everything worked and answering any questions my wife and I had. I met with Bobby, the Finance Manager and he was also a great guy, very helpful and honest. At no point were they pushy and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything, but rather just help me. I usually ask them to fill the gas tank when I buy a car and every dealership refuses. Usually, after some back and forth they may put $10 in the tank... I forgot to ask them at Friendly Ford and on my way home when I remembered, to my astonishment I saw that they had filled the tank without my having asked. It is very clear that these guys are honest and care about their customers. As long as I am buying Fords this will be the only place I will come to from this day forward. I can not recommend Friendly Ford, Joe, and Bobby highly enough! More
